Dr. Pujitha (Puji) Silva,is a certified professional coach with International Coach Federation (ICF) and heads the research and development team at Full Life Coaching ( www.full-life.com.au ). He holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Australia. Pujitha currently works at the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka as a senior lecturer in Biomedical Engineering. Pujitha started his career as a researcher in Biomedical Engineering with a specific interest in the biomechanics of the human spine before joining an Engineering Consultancy in Australia, in mining and ports infrastructure where he was exposed to the multidisciplinary nature of large scale engineering projects. He has been on the teaching staff at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) from 2010 -2013 and was appointed as the sessional academic advisor for the school of chemistry, physics and mechanical engineering at QUT.
Pujitha brings over 15 years of experience in counselling, coaching and leadership training in Australia. His passion in equipping individuals saw him start his own mentoring program offered through a local community group with the aim of facilitating adult learning and developing mentors. He has conducted coaching workshops and implemented coaching and training initiatives in Australia, Malaysia and Sri-Lanka in both public and private educational institutions, business entities and NGOs. As an executive coach, Puji engages senior managers and CEOs in succession planning and building corporate strategy towards organizational health, growth and sustainability.
Pujitha also acts as a consultant to Forte Sri Lanka ( www.forte.lk ), a business coaching practice that offers coaching and training for corporate clients. He is the author of the P3 Growths Coaching Model, that takes a holistic approach towards growth and development in individuals, teams and communities and has published widely on coaching in the fields of Higher Education, Engineering and Community Development with presentations at International Conferences.

Rozaine Cooray is a Business Psychologist and CEO of Forte Sri Lanka. She has worked with diverse groups of people from different levels in organizations in Sri Lanka, the UK, Australia and Abu Dhabi. She has worked within the areas of HR services, hospitality, education, apparel, advertising, media, food and beverages, aviation and marketing. Rozaine provides counselling and coaching services to organizations and develops psychometric tests for individual performance evaluation.
Rozaine has lectured at Missouri University of Science and Technology and had guest-lectured at Post Graduate Institute of Management Colombo and Dubai, Taylors University Malaysia, Colombo University and Institute of Personal Management (Colombo). She was a writer to Business Times (Sunday Times) on contemporary issues in the workplace and has published her first novel ‘Colours of the Sun’ which was short listed for Gratiaen Awards and State Literary Awards 2010. Rozaine was awarded the Most Outstanding Young Australian Alumni for 2012 by the Australian Government and Australian Trade Commission.
Mel Kaario is a certified life and business coach from North Vancouver, Canada, who heads Man Coach (www.mancoach.ca). Having graduated from the International Coach Academy in Brisbane Australia he has worked with certified BOSI facilitators and advisors worldwide.
He has a extensive and diverse entrepreneurial background having been part of startups growing from 3 to over 300 in just 4 years to profitably running his own Internet Marketing consultancy. He has played major roles in sometimes chaotic startups in the area of sales and staff training while fostering fun, positive and encouraging environments. Mel enjoys coaching people to grow in life and business by aligning their venture with their entrepreneurial strengths, and creating strategies for overcoming areas of weakness. Chintha is a registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and founder of Oxford Psychometrics. Her areas of specialism include Talent Assessment & Development and Conflict Confidence. Over the last 20 years, Chintha has implemented and delivered innovative solutions in Leadership development and human talent management across the public and private sector in Europe.
She has worked with top companies & organisations including Abbey National, Barclays, C&A retailers, Coutts Private Bankers, Civil Aviation Authority, International Civil Service, FORDS of Europe and Thomson Tour Operators.
Her degrees include PhD and MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University (UK); MA in Law and Employment Relations from the Law Faculty of Leicester University (UK); BSc (Hons) in Biology from King's College, University of London (UK). She is qualified in the use of Occupational and Educational tests, and is highly experienced in the use of 16 Personality Factor inventory, and Saville Consulting Wave-Focus Styles.
Chintha trained and worked as a criminal psychologist at one of UK's high security institutes, was employed as a higher psychologist in the British Civil Service for talent management for a number of years, consulted to the Cabinet Office on Senior Leadership Development and is currently involved with personality profiling for UK Law Enforcement.
Chintha remains academically connected & up-to-date, through her research and extensive participation in professional conferences. She is an Associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, International Affiliate of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (USA), a founding member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (UK) and registered professional with the Association of Coaching and the Career Development Institute (UK)
She continues to disseminate psychological knowledge through various, non-profit, Psychology in the community projects in Europe & in Asia.
Rashitha is an International Consultant for project evaluation, workshop Facilitator and a Trainer with more than 10 years of experience under his belt, specially focused on training and facilitating youths both in Sri Lanka and Internationally. He worked at the National Youth Services Council (NYSC), a pioneer public sector organization responsible for youth development and youth empowerment in the country. Currently working as a free-lance Trainer cum Facilitator for various local and International organizations including British Council.
He has represented different high-level forums including United Nations High Level Meeting on Youth at the UN headquarters in 2011 and presented the Sri Lankan strategic interventions in youth development. He has been the focal point for youth development initiatives for various UN agencies: UNICEF, UNFPA, UNV and a National Steering Committee member of the IYV+10: an initiative of United Nations Volunteer program in Sri Lanka. He worked in the Advisory Capacity for USAID supported project to support youths in Northern part of the country towards improving their employability and life skills development and also a project implemented by UNICEF.
